Brand Strategy & Design Revamp
I led the design and execution of a short-term brand refresh for SubjectWell, facilitating their transition from venture capital to private equity between Q4 2023 and Q1 2025. While the logo remained intact, I was responsible for all design updates across branding and marketing materials to emphasize the company’s tech-forward and innovative positioning.
As part of this effort, I redesigned the company’s website and optimized marketing assets, addressing the previous brand’s inability to effectively showcase SubjectWell’s ability to connect Sponsors, CROs, and clinical trial sites to its extensive patient network. The rebrand played a critical role in SubjectWell’s acquisition by WindRose, a private equity healthcare group, in Q2 2024, setting the stage for a second rebranding in 2025.
